Casa Da Paz is situated in Central Algarve, in a small quiet village called Fonte Da Murta. There is only a 15 minute walk to the local shop and cafe, and a 5-10 minute drive to Sao Bras where you can find numerous restaurants and a larger supermarket.

Nearby towns Almancil and Loule also offer good supermarkets, restaurants and shops and are only a 10 minute drive from the villa.

The villa is situated on a hillside on its own and benefits from  panoramic views of the local countryside. The location is ideal for peace and tranquillity, yet is still close enough to all amenities. The villa is set on an acre of land with olive, orange and lemon trees.
