To enable us to  process your booking we have to ask for personal and private information from you. This will include the names of anyone in the party booking, your address, telephone number, and any other details that may affect your booking (e.g. disabilities, medical history etc.).

If a booking is made with us, then the relevant details are forwarded to anyone responsible for any  part of your holiday arrangements. The information may also be provided to  public authorities such as customs/immigration if required by them, or as required by law. We will not, however, forward any of your details to any other  person or company other than those already mentioned without your prior written  consent. In making a booking with us, you accept these conditions.

 Your details will be retained on our database for future use. If you do not wish us to retain  these details, please write to us or e-mail us at info@myalgarvevilla.com. If at any time you wish to know what details are  being held or processed and to whom, we will try to reply to you within two months from the date of request but will have to charge for this service.

 Advertising companies, including search engines, etc. are used by us and they may monitor  visits to the website in order to ascertain the effectiveness of our advertising  and website availability. We may also use the information volunteered on the website to produce a database of the most popular times of year requested,  number of visits made and the number of people who book.

 All the information is retained on a central database, controlled by our website administrator. We  have taken the greatest care to ensure this is inaccessible to anyone other than us. However, it may be necessary for IT system suppliers to access the system  from time to time but we do carefully vet these suppliers beforehand for our own security reasons.

  In our website we provide useful links to other websites. We accept no responsibility for the security of data you provide to websites other than ours.
